Siffrin: Hi! This is my site
for my
DID,
and a way to try to explain it easier... If you're on this page, that
means I
trust you enough to have some information about my brain , especially because it
affects how I talk to my friends. To put it short, my brain
is
fragmented due to
trauma resulting in my emotional responses not being able to fully form into one
cohesive state. This, in turn, has split my brain into various "parts" that
attempt to -
|
|
regulate these responses that would otherwise be mediated by one coherent self;
including some of these parts "fronting", which has them
talking and/or acting in place of me. Though we're not
all too separated from a "collective
identity", (that being me, Siff!) some parts prefer to
be
seen as themselves.
If you ever have any questions, please ask me! :D
On the left
are the parts that most commonly "front" alongside myself. You can also click on
them for info if they ever want to make pages!
